disclosed by Getnosh when you access or use the
mobile application provided by Getnosh (App). Getnosh provides a marketplace in which personal chefs,
restaurants, caterers, and other individuals can list, offer, sell and
deliver food items and meal orders to the general public, and customers can
browse and purchase Meals. This
Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we
use and share that data and your choices concerning our data practices. Before
using the Service or submitting any Personal Data to Getnosh,

Privacy Policy, please do not access the App or otherwise use the Service. Changes to this privacy policy Getnosh
reserves the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in
our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after we post any
modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your
acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by
the modified Privacy Policy. We

collect information that alone or in combination with other information in
our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows: Personal Data You Provide We
collect Personal Data that you provide to Getnosh

required and optional profile information when signing up for the Service ·

Personal Data collected during these interactions may vary based on what you
choose to share with us, but it will generally include name, e-mail address,
telephone number, location and the financial information necessary to ensure
payments can be processed by our payment processor Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”)
and our delivery partner DoorDash, Inc. (“DoorDash”). Accordingly, in addition to this Privacy
Policy and our Terms of Service, information related to your purchases is
also processed according to Stripe’s services agreement and privacy policy. Personal data we collect through
our social media pages We
have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and
Facebook (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Data that you
elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the
companies that host our Social Media Pages may
provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our
Social Media Pages. Personal data we receive
automatically from your use of the service When
you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain
information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may
monitor the number of people that visit the Service, peak hours of visits,
which page(s) are visited, broad geographical information, and navigation
patterns. In particular, the following information is created and

Usage Information:
We collect information about how you interact with our services. This
includes information such as access dates and times, app features or pages
viewed, app crashes and other system activity. ·
Transaction Information:
We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including
the type of services you requested or provided, your order details, delivery
information, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance
traveled, and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion
code, we may associate your name with that person. ·
Device information:
We may collect information about the devices you use to access our services,
including the hardware models, device IP address, operating systems and
versions, software, file names, and versions, preferred languages, unique
device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion
information, and mobile network information ·
Location Information:
Depending on your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your
precise or approximate location information as determined through data such
as GPS, IP address and WiFi. ·
Communications data:
We enable users to communicate with each other through the Getnosh app. For example, we enable customers and chefs
to message each other. To provide this service, Getnosh
receives some information regarding the messages sent, including the date and
time of the message, and the content of the communications. Getnosh may also use this information for customer
support services (including to resolve disputes between users), for safety
and security purposes, to improve our products and services and for
analytics. ·
Analytics:
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.
(“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users use
the Sites and enhance your experience when you use the Sites. For more

signals We
and our third-party service providers, including Facebook, may use cookies, pixels
or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing
activities over time and across different websites following your use of the
Sites [and use that information to send targeted advertisements Our Sites
currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals and operates as
described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If
we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy
Policy to describe how we do so. Advertising

required by the law, as set forth below: Vendors and
Service Providers To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain
services and functions, we may share Personal Data with vendors and service
providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services and other
information technology services providers, email communication software and
email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, payment
processors, delivery providers, customer relationship management and customer

you need to change or correct your Personal Data. Children Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 13. GetNosh does not knowingly collect Personal Data from
children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child
under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Getnosh
through the Service please contact us legal@getnosh.org and we will endeavor
to delete that information from our databases. Links to other
websites Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated or
controlled by Getnosh, including social media services
and third-party services integrated into our service, such as payment
processors or analytics providers (“Third Party Sites”). The information that
you share with these Third Party Sites, whether
directly or indirectly through our own service, will be governed by the
specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and
not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we
endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact these Third

policies. Security You use the Service at your own risk. We implement commercially
reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect
Personal Data both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized

transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. In particular, e-mail sent
to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in

features of our Services, you may be unable to use those features. You can

ask us to update or correct your Personal Data. The Privacy Settings menu in the Getnosh app
gives users the ability to set or update their location and contacts sharing
preferences, and their preferences for receiving mobile notifications from Getnosh. Information on these settings, how to set or
change these settings, and the effect of turning off these settings are
described below. Location Information Getnosh
uses customer's device location services to make it easier to get a safe,
reliable delivery whenever you need one. Location data helps improve our
services, including dropoffs, navigation, and
customer support. You may enable/disable, or adjust, Getnosh’s
collection of customer location information at any time through the Location
and Communication menu in the Getnosh app, or via
the settings on your mobile device. If you disable the device location
services on your device, your use of the Getnosh
app will be affected. Notifications - Account and Order Updates Getnosh
provides users with order status notifications and updates related to your
account. These notifications are a necessary part of using the Getnosh app. You may enable/disable Getnosh’s
communication at any time through the Location and Communication menu in the Getnosh app. Notifications - Discounts and News You may enable Getnosh to send you “push”
notifications about discounts and news from Getnosh.
You may enable/disable these notifications at any time through the Location
and Communication menu in the Getnosh app Device permissions Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types
of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these
platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The
iOS platform will alert you the first time the Getnosh
app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent
(or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the
permissions that the Getnosh app seeks before you
